These terms are an agreement between your company and Pencarinha Media LLC. By using JanPilot, you agree to them.
Your account
You must give true information and keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for the people you invite.
Fair use
No illegal use, no spam, no trying to break or copy the app, and no texting people who did not agree to get texts.
Free trial
14 days, no card needed. When it ends, add a card to keep going.
Paying
Plans are billed monthly or yearly, per company user, at the prices on our Pricing page. Stripe handles payments.
Canceling and refunds
Cancel anytime. Your account keeps working until the end of the month you paid for. No refunds for part of a month.
Yearly plans
No refund for unused months if you cancel early.
Your data
You own your data. You can export it, and we delete it when you close your account, as our Privacy Policy says.
Text messages
JanPilot sends account and job texts, like shift alerts, sign-in codes and job updates. By giving your mobile number, you agree to get account and job texts from JanPilot. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. How often you get texts depends on your work. Carriers are not liable for late or missed messages. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything.
Changes and downtime
We work hard to keep JanPilot running, but we can't promise it will never go down. We may update features over time.
Limits
JanPilot is provided "as is." Our total responsibility is never more than what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending
We may close an account that breaks these terms. You may leave anytime.
Law
These terms follow North Carolina law.
