JanPilot is made by Pencarinha Media LLC in Canton, North Carolina. This page says what we collect, why, and who sees it.

What we collect

Your company's account details; the names, emails and phone numbers of your staff and customers; your buildings and their addresses; clock-in times; photos and checklists; messages sent in the app; and pay details you enter.

Location

If your company turns on geofence, the phone app checks a cleaner's location only while they clock in and out. It does not track them all day.

Your data is yours

The company that signs up owns its data. We use it only to run JanPilot for you.

We never sell your data

We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-ins with anyone for their marketing.

Who helps us run JanPilot

Stripe (payments; we never see or keep your full card number), Supabase (stores the data), Render (hosts the app), Resend (sends email), Twilio (sends texts). Each one uses your data only to do that job for us.

Keeping it safe

Data is locked to your company and sent over secure connections. Only people your company invites can see it.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. After you close it, we delete it within 90 days, unless the law says we must keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask to see, fix or delete your data at any time. Use the contact form and we'll answer within 30 days.

Children

JanPilot is for businesses. It is not for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and tell account owners about big changes.
